Elemental Outcast 7

    Waking up was a disaster! People were screaming and I couldn't find Thomas or Jex anywhere. I had finally found Coral and had told her to hide in the cave. A fire had started and was burning all the tents, the heat hurt but I had to make sure everyone was safe. Then, there was silence. Everything was quiet. A cloud of smoke was tumbling towards us, big, bulky, huge. I couldn't see anything beyond it. Then people were screaming again. I had to find that red book before I did anything, I had to know answers to my questions, I looked around frantically for my tent. 
    "Come on, we have to go!" Thomas yelled and tugged my arm.
    "I have to find a book first!" I yelled back, we could barely hear each other over the screaming.
    Thomas lifted up my bag with a big smirk on his face. 
    "I still have to get everybody together!" I retaliated.
    "What, so you can go find Jex?" his smirk grew bigger.
    "No, I'm the Queen. You dummy!" then he froze in shock.
    I hadn't told him I was Queen before, did I? I completely forgot... He probably thought I was some village girl or maybe a princess.
    "You're the Queen?" Thomas asked in disbelief.
    "Ya..." 
    "That kinda makes sense though, ya know? Mom died and she was Queen, so you would Queen after she died because I wasn't there..."
    "Sorry, about that."
    We looked away from each other then saw Ellie coming our way, I snapped back to the focus of a raging storm headed our way.
    "We have to go, I already told enough people that we are headed to the mountains. The rest will follow." Ellie claimed.
    "Thanks, Ellie..." I thanked her.
    "What are we waiting for?!" Thomas started walking towards the mountains, leading the way.
    I ran up to him snatching my bag, swinging over my shoulder, and slowed down so I was walking next to Ellie. I looked around, scanning the pack of people following us as other started to follow them, but I couldn't find Jex. I saw Coral and tried to get her attention. She was crying.
    "CORAL!" I screamed, waving my arms up and down.
    I caught her gaze and she started running toward me. Then she ran into me, putting her arms tightly around my waist. 
    "I thought you were gone!" she let go.
    "Well, we have to keep going! Follow me!" I ran with up to Thomas and we lead together. 
    With Coral behind me, we were halfway up a mountain when Thomas switched courses. We turned a sharp left and walked straight into a small valley up in between two mountains. We kept on that route till we were on the other side of Mezaa. It took up the whole day and we were all tired. We found a wooden door, leading into a cave.
    "This is it!" Thomas announced to me.
    "What is it?" I asked.
    "The Book of Lore, where the Mystics Live."
    He knocked and a woman with brown hair opened the door.
    "Well, if it isn't my two favorite people!" she looked at Thomas and I.
    "Excuse me?" I replied.
    "Come in, come in..." she stepped aside and we all flooded in to the big plain cave.
    No sign of a book of any sort. She walked over to a wall and swiped her hand over a segment of the wall. The rectangular segment of wall disappear opening up a whole new room. It wasn't a room in fact it was the whole mountain that the cave was in. Staircases and doors scattered to make a big hotel sort of thing. We all walked in one by one in a line, with me in front, down the large staircase to the very bottom floor. There on a pedestal, was a big book. Encrusted with gold and made with leather. The papyrus paper made the book complete. A man with a large green robe and red hair was reading the book. His glasses emphasized the movement of his eyes. The brown haired woman pushed her way through to the front and smiled at us.
    "Peter! We have guests!" she got his attention.
    "Yes, Sarah..." he closed the book and looked over to us.
    "Where is Lily, Peter? She's going to miss this!" the woman looked around.
    "I'm right here Sarah!" a blonde woman ran down the stairs.
    She was beautiful! Thomas almost lost his balance. Her perfectly white dress flowed down the stairs as she walked.
    "Ah, there she is!" Peter chuckled.
    Peter, Lily, and Sarah Are they the Mystics?
    "Welcome! I'm so excited!" Sarah explained her feelings.
    "We are the Mystics... if you didn't guess that already..." Abby proclaimed.
    All three of them stood in a line.
    "If you're the Mystics, where's the fourth?!" someone yelled.
    "You mean Andro?" Sarah asked.
    "He is not to be spoken of!" Lily snapped.
    "Calm down, Lily. It was a simple question..." Peter cooled the situation. 
    We were gestured to our rooms and told to get rest. I was in the middle of Thomas's and Coral's rooms. I stared at the wall for what seemed like ages, trying to take it all in. Soon, I drifted to sleep.

    "Nilenne's plans have finally been ruined. I suspect that Thomas and Eera will learn their purpose soon..."
    "Yes, Master. The clone has given us good information!"
    "Thank you, Mandrel! It seems that your ideas have come to good use."
    "I am honored, Sir! Thank you, very much! I am pleased to see you are happy!"
    "I dismiss you, now go."
    "Yes, Yes..."

    "You seem to be having fun,"
    "Hm, yes. The curse on my children will wear off soon, completely. They will fight for the throne, I presume."
    "If Eera and Thomas find out about the prophecy..."
    "Of course! They are with the Mystics!"
    "You sound so confident."
    "I know Lily better than anyone else does. Too bad Nilenne thought I was the right choice. If Nilenne hadn't chosen me, then life would be a whole lot different."
    "Oh, Andro... you are my serenity... I wouldn't change your life at all...my love..."
